Hi, I’m Lauren, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Massachusetts and the founder of Convergent Behavior Consulting.

I specialize in helping children, families, and school teams better understand and address challenging behaviors. I’ve worked with individuals across home, school, clinic-based, and community settings, supporting needs ranging from early childhood through adulthood. My work focuses on identifying the “why” behind behavior and creating practical, effective strategies that can be used consistently in everyday life.
